Important Member Information

These terms and conditions apply to use of the Winbaje platform (winbaje.click) and any associated apps or services. Winbaje is a licensed online betting and lottery platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Winbaje.

To open an account with Winbaje, you must meet the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in your account being suspended or closed at any time.

• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account.

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Winbaje accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawals from your Winbaje account must follow our standard process. When submitted correctly, withdrawals are quick and hassle-free.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Payments will be processed within 24 hours of verification being completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Winbaje reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Winbaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.

• Attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date and will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Winbaje reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Winbaje is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• Winbaje reserves the right to set a maximum stake limit on any bet.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.

The following terms apply to participation in the Winbaje Lottery section. Winbaje's decision is final on all lottery-related matters.

• Lottery tickets cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased.
• Results cannot be changed once a draw has been completed.
• Prize claims must be submitted within the designated time limit.
• Any attempt to purchase tickets through fraudulent or dishonest means will result in immediate account closure.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large prize claims.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winbaje. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or database.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Disrupting the normal operations of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

Winbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the circumstances below. Members may also close their own accounts at any time.

• Where evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request through the self-exclusion process.
• As a protective measure under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Prior to account closure, any verified balance (where wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the member; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Winbaje is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, the scope of Winbaje's liability is defined in certain circumstances:

• Winbaje is not responsible for betting losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Winbaje is not liable for any errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions may occur in force majeure situations, including natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Winbaje is not responsible for any password breach resulting from a member's own negligence.

• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have 7 days to close your account.
